Problem:

Libby is an app that provides free audiobooks through library memberships.

Our user interviews along with the task analyses shown on the right reveal cluttered UI, and redundant/unintuitive user flows for basic tasks within the app

Challenge:

Redesign the Libby app to improve the user flows for browsing audiobooks, placing/managing Holds, and listening to audiobooks.
